Fall Fandom Fest 2026 Grand Finale: Saturday, September 26
We’re searching for local artists, authors, and crafters to be Artist Alley vendors at our Fall Fandom Fest Grand Finale event!

Application Details
- Applications will be accepted May 22 through June 15.
- Selected applicants will be notified no later than June 30.
- All vendors must be selling fandom-related items.
  - What's Fandom?
    
    A fandom is a community of people who are passionate about a show, book, movie, game, or other media. They like to discuss it with other fans, create fan art or fan fiction, and cosplay.
    
    For our definition, we are including fandoms that generally fall under the umbrella of science fiction, fantasy, anime/manga, comics, movies, TV shows and video games. There are fandoms that do not fit neatly into these categories but also count, such as K-pop, Disney, and horror.

- As we have limited space, our goal is to showcase a wide variety of talents. Priority will be given to vendors who are residents of Tinley Park, Orland Hills, and neighboring communities within 15 miles.
Event Details
- Artist Alley will be open from 10 am–3 pm on Saturday, September 26. Vendors are expected to arrive around 9/9:15 am and be ready for customers at 10 am.
- Each vendor will have one table (6'x3') to themselves for displaying and selling items, and two chairs.
- There is no fee to participate.
- We will provide water and a light lunch for vendors, and there will be food trucks in the parking lot where you can purchase food.
